We all have stress from many sources. The physical stress of work or exercise. The emotional stress of an ever-growing demand on your time form both your work and family. The chemical stress on our body from an environment that is becoming more polluted and eating habits that we know could use some work. There seem to be thousands of fix-alls and snake oils being sold to make our lives better, but what if we already had access to what we need to increase our body’s ability to handle stress when needed and decrease the harmful side effects stress puts on us? We do. At this session, you’ll learn a step-by-step approach to managing life’s biggest stressors and take back control of your well-being. Dr. Chris Dockter will share how to maximize your body’s ability to handle the three foundational pillars to stress: sleep, eating and movement. If you’re a busy adult and want to maximize your ability to handle the curve balls life throws your way and be the best version of yourself, make sure to join us for this training.
