This presentation unpacks representations of female friendship and success in popular culture and the impact of these messages on our personal and professional relationships. We’ll confront the pressures and double standards that women often face in the workplace and the sometimes-toxic relationship patterns we develop to try to cope. Audience members will set their intention to develop healthier and more fulfilling relationships. Finally, we’ll learn simple ways women can raise one another up and strategies for effective communication and conflict resolution.
