Business Training

Tuesday, July 10 | 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Radisson Hotel Fargo, 201 Fifth Street North

A great culture is one of the key drivers of an organization’s success. But what if a great culture wasn’t about just creating high employee engagement, but also great business process management? Nationwide, organizations spend nearly $2 billion on efforts to increase employee engagement, yet only 13% of employees are highly engaged. A fraction of this is spent on great documentation, training and process improvement efforts.

Join us for this session to learn how to enhance your organization’s culture with business process management as part of your employee engagement efforts. We will look at how to shift from donuts to documentation, recognition to reporting tools and pay increases to process improvement.

About the presenter
Sara Stolt is the founder and chief task master of The Project Co. located in Fargo. She believes thriving organizations often have solid strategies but need help making them a reality through great project management, process improvement and organizational development.

Sara has spent nearly 20 years working on internal operations for non-profits and businesses in the FMWF region. Her experience spans community development, human resources, project management, leadership development, process improvement, program management and organizational development.

She earned her BS in speech and mass communications from North Dakota State University and a masters in strategic leadership from University of Mary. Sara and her husband, Bill, bought a farm in 2016 and spend virtually all of their free time pretending to be home improvement gurus on their 110-year old farmhouse. They share their love of the country with their daughter, Claire, crazy dogs, Atlas, Abby and Howard, and cats, Angus and Ramsey.

This training qualifies for 2 CPE credits for the ND CPA Society.
