In this fast-paced world, there is limited time for uncertainty and ambiguity. We need to say what we think to get what we want. Being assertive can be a win-win. Women need to use their strengths and wisdom to dictate their future. Learn and practice prioritizing what’s really important to you at this session. Participants will learn what it means to be assertive, tips for how to be assertive, why it is important, things to avoid while earning the respect of others and how to use the ever-important two letter word: No.'
This month's charity is the YWCA Cass Clay. Please consider bringing one of the following items to donate based on their current needs: paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues), Clorox wipes or 2T-3T children's clothing.
