The Intern Experience program is built on the Social Change Model of Leadership, which emphasizes positive action to improve self, teams and community. Engaging interns in eight weekly small group learning session plus four large-group sessions, the Intern Experience connects interns to each other and the community.
Total of 12 sessions
- 8 Weekly Small Group Sessions (1 Hour per session). Each intern will be placed into a small group session
- 1 Team Building afternoon in Downtown Fargo (2 Hour session)
- 3 Leadership training sessions with community leaders (1-1/2 hour per session)
