Many of us lead what we believe are ordinary lives. We get up, get ready (if we are lucky before our kids), head to work, pick up, cart around, head home, sleep and repeat. In the daily grind, we can lose sight of the extraordinary that surrounds us at home and the office.
At this session, Trina Michels will share her personal gratitude journey that consists of four different stages: cautious, comparative, gripping and nirvana. She’ll help attendees identify where they are on their gratitude journey and how they can move along. This will allow them to lead happier and ultimately more productive lives in both their work and home environments.
What will you learn?
- What gratitude is and isn't and how it relates to resilience
- Practical tools and techniques to cultivate gratitude in work and home environment
