FARGO, N.D. (March 31, 2015) –The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber is hosting Sen. John Hoeven in its continued effort to support the 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard with a briefing at the Fargo Air Museum on Wednesday, April 1 at 10:30 a.m.
Chamber President and CEO Craig Whitney will provide remarks about the organization’s commitment to support and advocate on behalf of local service members before turning it over to Hoeven, who will speak about the national support for North Dakota’s air national guard unit. Hoeven will also introduce Col. Kent Olson, the unit’s commander. Olson will offer an update on the unit’s current missions.
The Chamber’s Air National Guard Support Group will be one group in attendance.
“We are excited to bring like-minded groups together to continue working toward a shared goal of supporting and advocating for our local unit, their work as well as their families,” Whitney said.
The briefing is expected to last 30 minutes.
