Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw to Headline Voices of Vision

Terry Bradshaw will bring his larger-than-life personality to the metro when he headlines The Chamber’s fifth annual Voices of Vision on Thursday, Nov. 13. His presentation, titled “Why Not Your Best?” will focus on what makes organizations successful despite constant change and competition. He will challenge attendees to rethink sacrifice and embrace the power of positivity to achieve success.

“Terry Bradshaw is a beloved public figure who will share an inspiring message of overcoming challenges and finding success in any avenue of life,” said Chamber President and CEO Craig Whitney.

Bradshaw is most known for his football fame — winning four Super Bowl championships, holding Super Bowl passing records, earning Super Bowl MVP honors twice and All-Pro honors four times. After retiring from football in 1984, Bradshaw moved into broadcast where he quickly became one of the NFL’s most colorful commentators. He currently serves as co-host and analyst on Fox NFL Sunday, a program that has earned four Emmy Awards under his guidance.

After achieving professional success and surviving depression, Bradshaw talks candidly about success, sacrifice, pain, competition and overcoming adversity as a powerful motivational speaker. He has also authored five books and works stories about his successes and struggles into his speeches. Bradshaw starred in the feature film “Failure to Launch” and voiced character in the animated film “Robots.”

He has released four albums, two of which were top-selling gospel records, and his cover of Hank Williams’ “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry” became a Top 10 country hit. He currently tours the nation with his stage production “Terry Bradshaw: America’s Favorite Dumb Blonde…A Life in Four Quarters” that features stories, jokes and singing.

Voices of Vision is an annual event designed to bring nationally recognized, world-thought visionaries to the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo area. This is the fifth annual event, which will be held at the Ramada Plaza & Suites and Conference Center from noon to 1:30 p.m.
