Fargo Moorhead, ND/MN (July 30, 2013) – Tami Reller, executive vice president of Microsoft’s marketing group, will keynote the 2013 State of Technology on August 20 at the Ramada Plaza and Suites and Conference Center.

A partnership between the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber and Senator John Hoeven, the State of Technology is an annual event that looks at how technology is changing the future of the state of North Dakota.

“I am pleased to partner again with the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce to host this year’s State of Technology conference,” Senator Hoeven said. “During the course of the past decade, North Dakota’s economy has experienced tremendous growth, including in the technology sector. This growth has brought more opportunities for our state’s people and businesses, and it is important that we continue to build on this growth as we look to the future. This year’s tech conference offers an important forum for our state’s business leaders to continue our joint efforts to develop new technologies and further expand our economy.”

Reller and Hoeven will be joined by a number of other local innovators and speakers during the event, including:
- Doug Burgum of the Kilbourne Group
- Barry Batcheller of Appareo Systems
