FARGO/MOORHEAD, ND/MN (May 25, 2011) – The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber is a recipient of the American Chamber of Commerce Executives’ (ACCE) Award for Communication Excellence. The Chamber received a silver award for surpassing the fundamental standards and criteria of communications excellence for its Virtual Expo.
The Virtual Expo is an online tradeshow that allows Chamber members to design and individualize their own tradeshow booth to help market their business. Adopted in January 2010 by The Chamber, the Expo is designed and hosted by local firm Spider and Company. The Awards for Communication Excellence are an annual competition that recognize excellence in all areas of communication. The awards promote effective chamber communications that highlight initiatives, introduce events and inform members. This year’s competition drew 83 entries from chambers throughout the United States.
The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce is a bi-state, regional federation of 2,000 private, public and non-profit member firms representing more than 80,000 people.
